When your bike is in need of repair and a little love, there's no better place to bring it than Niantic Bay Bicycles. You will find that we have an extremely high level of service at our shop. Our two lead mechanics are Barnett's certified and each have over 15 years of experience repairing and tuning bike from pre-war 3 speed to the latest electronic shifting race bikes. From a simple cable adjustment to a complex suspension repair, or a complete overhaul, we have the expertise and experience to diagnose the problem quickly, make the proper repair and we stand behind our work.

 On the spot service  
Simple repairs like fixing a flat tire or installing an accessory can generally be done while you wait. You will need to call ahead to make sure we have time to complete any other type of repair while you wait.

 30 Day Checks 

For those who just purchased a bike from us, your free 30 checks are generally done within 24 hours.

 Getting a FREE Estimate 

For most repairs you will need to leave your bike with us for an estimate.  We will then inspect your bike, and put together a parts and labor estimate. We will not start any work until you have approved the repair.

 

 Turn-around times 

We will determine the  turnaround time for the repair when the estimate is completed. Turn-around time will vary. In off season it can be few days. In the peak of summer it can be two weeks. When you check your bike in at our shop, you will reserve your place in line for the service work.

We will contact you in the event additional labor or parts are needed to complete the repair.
 

Peak season is  March 1 -through October 31.

Additional Fees:

• Minimum Service Fee $12.50

• Disposal of Unwanted Bikes $10.00
